Refund and Returns Policy


At Pryzed Dyes and Discs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes items purchased may not meet your expectations, or you may encounter an issue with your order. To ensure a fair process, please carefully read our return policy below.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your discs. Any return requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.


Discs must be in their original, unused and un-thrown condition. Items that show signs of wear or have been used will not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please reach out via the Contact page with your order number and reason for the return.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Transaction fees

Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.


We do not offer exchanges, as all of the products listed are unique or otherwise difficult to replace.
